Our Approach
Mitra Automation’s reputation for providing quality service comes from our commitment to successful completion of our projects and “Support On Location” approach. We work closely with your staff at all levels during all phases of the project, from design to installation, test, and startup. We take extra measures to fully understand your operational parameters and functional needs through close inspection and study of the field equipment and your existing systems. Our work area extends from the “desktops” in our offices to the “devices” at the factory floor and offices of your facility. Through “Open Communication” and active “Support On Location” we ensure that results match or exceed your expectations.
Our Process
Step 1: First we study and discuss all aspects of your operation, control, and monitoring system closely. This will include review of the existing system documents and drawings and a walk through the job installation. Then we work with your engineering and/or operation staff to jointly define the current and future aspects of your automation requirements and the type of interface(s) between operators and the system.
Step 2: After defining the scope of automation and functional requirements, we will proceed with development of the automation system. This will include selection of PLC and HMI hardware and software components, instruments, communication hardware and protocol, and all the interfaces. Historical Data Logging, Trending, and Alarms Notification, and Data Communication from/to remote locations/sites will be considered as necessary and if part of the scope of work.
Step 3: With meeting the automation requirements (defined in step 1 above) in the best and most cost effective way in mind, and utilizing the software/hardware components (defined in step 2 above), we then proceed with development of the codes and application software, and implementation of a complete automation solution for your application.
